Sinclair Community College has several satellite centers in the area, and a main campus minutes away in downtown Dayton. Beavercreek City School District is one of the top districts in Ohio. Four of the district’s eight schools have been named National Schools of Excellence, two named Ohio Schools of Character, and one receiving the National School of Character award. The district is organized around a single high school, with two middle schools and five elementary school buildings.


Beavercreek is at the hub of the Dayton region’s highway system. I-675 links I-70 and I-75, providing easy access to Springfield and Columbus to the East, and Cincinnati to the South. State Route 35 bisects Dayton east and west for easy access to downtown, or Xenia to the East.
